In D-Tools Cloud, labor can be entered in two ways: Labor: Allows entry of labor hours, cost/hr, and price/hr, but displays labor hours and details on the proposal. Labor Allowance: Displays a clean flat total on the proposal but does not allow entry of labor hours for job costing. We would like the ability to use the Labor item type for accurate job costing while showing only the total labor line price on the proposal—without displaying labor hours or hourly rates. A visibility option (e.g., “Hide labor hours on proposal”) within the Labor item type would allow internal tracking while maintaining a cleaner, more client-friendly proposal.

When can we expect the app for mobile users and a significant improvement for field service management? The portal for field users is utter rubbish and barely workable. Techs hate using the app, can't find project information quickly, doesn't scale well, can't schedule resources based on map view, can't open the job or service info when clicking on the event details in schedule, Just the name of the job comes through under today's schedule which means nothing to the tech without prior knowledge of the job or client information, can't see address or client info in event details. We have been using D-Tools for 12months across both our companies and we're at the point that we need to move to an alternative system if this is not addressed promptly.

Would like an option to automatically win a opportunity when a client pays a deposit directly from the link or email

It would be slick to map a google drive folder to a project instead of using the D-Tools file upload.

Automate projects being pushed into quickbooks as estimates when a quote is accepted and the opportunity is won.

When creating a PO in D-Tools the number doesn't match what QB creates so we have to manually update the PO number in D-Tools to match QB

Since you are able to pull clients information for Quickbooks we should be able to pull the site and billing addresses as well.

Would be great to get teams integration. IE: When a bid is won & converted to a project, we can then link this one project to a team channel so then our team can take over and track the whole job.
