Feature Requests

I would like the field users to be able to keep track of their van inventory. As it stands, field users have no view of any inventory to add / or modify. As our techs are responsible for stocking their own vans, this feature would be greatly beneficial

I often make 2-3 quote versions but after the client accepts one, the remaining versions go away. I would like to be able to label those as declined or something but be able to reference them down the road. For example, If I recommend a TV and the client wants a cheaper version but later is unhappy with it, I could reference what I originally quoted him/her to refresh my memory on why they got a lesser model.

Can we have a way to tag a stock item as belonging to a particular client? For example, we have a large client that we stock some frequently used items in our warehouse. I want them shown as in stock in our warehouse, but tagged to this client so that someone doesn't claim that stock item for another client.

When creating a new opportunity, I'd like to be able to edit or add different project types.

We'd like to push more invoices directly from DTools, but since they don't link up to the estimates created in Quckbooks we have to then going into QB and create invoices them and delete them in order to see the history correctly attached to the estimate. This is critical in progress billing. Also when payments are collected and pushed from DTools to QB they create an entirely new invoice that just says payment, prompting us to have to delete yet another invoice since AR/AP takes place in our accounting system.

We often quote the same item(s) to multiple customers and it would be nice to be able to have a "template" opportunity that I could copy to a totally different opportunity so I don't have to remember the SKU's for every part. This is especially valuable when talking TV's. Even just when dealing with one manufacturer there are different SKU's for each size, and quality level within that size. Then at the start of the new year I could just replace old SKU's with new ones and use them to copy to opportunities throughout the year. Same thing for speakers and so forth. The "favorites" help, but when there are so many models/sizes that list fills up fast

We just confirmed today that a task was assigned to a field team and they did not receive any notification that that task was due today. They have to physically log in to see the assigned task or verbally be reminded of the task. Could we get notification reminder automatically sent to the emails of those assigned to the task when the due date comes up?

Ex: I have a client who needs a service call and this particular call needs 2 days of work, but we need to go one day this week and one day next week. If I want both dates to be attached to this service call entry I need to wait until the first day has been completed before I can schedule for the next date.

There is a great feed in the proposals about products, services, type of market, but there is no report or real analytics about that. For example we don't have a sales per product analytics.

Remove the scrolling on each room, just make a list. Should be an easy way at the top to click of a column, like "SUPPLIER" and organize the items by supplier.
