Looking to group multiple projects for the same account. Instead of a change order for additions sometimes a separate project is desired. Often they are completed all at the same time.

Raising this FR on behalf of " chito@apexcredentialingservices.com " Customer Request: Just had a meeting with a lawyer, yes on a Sunday! The one thing they said that could be more ironclad contract was for a check mark to agree to the terms and conditions. Is there a way to do that? I showed them the end where they accept and sign, but they argue, that it says "Agree to the proposal", it does not state they agree to the terms and conditions. So either add "By accepting and signing this proposal, you also agree to the terms and conditions, I agree that this is a legally binding........" I'd love to see a paper trail on emails I send from D-Tools. I have no way to see what was said in emails sent from D-Tools when sending proposals.

We have the report of purchase orders which has some detail (see attached image) Our PMs need a way to see an overview of when these items are expected to arrive so that can finalize the schedule. Simply adding a column of ETA would be helpful, adding the column with tracking information as well would be great.

Based on yesterday's webinar I would like inventory items to removed when the status of an item changes to either "delivered" or "installed". I know only installed was mentioned but it is possible we may deliver equipment and not install it until a later date. For us, delivering items is a billable action and allows us to keep accurate accrual based revenue in sync with our allocated inventory.

We have many instances where a tech could stop to look at a project status or drop off parts and need an address on the fly.

When in Purchase Orders, please add a column with client name on the home screen (similar to Supplier, number, status, products etc). This would be nice to have a quick look without having to click into every PO.

Could we have a "Waitlist" option under the "Service" menu? Like a "To Do List" where we could place clients that have already been scheduled an appointment but it's a couple of weeks out and we would like to get to them sooner if something opens up. We could also reference it when a client needs to cancel an appointment and we have a opening to fill.

We're really enjoying the service module and how it's helping us to see what we're doing in our service world. However, there are a few issues. 1. We can't customize anything in it. Stages, types, nothing. Can you please make the service call phases editable like the project side? 2. Is there a way we can set up custom billing. Lets say the first hour of a service call is billed at $225/hr, and then every hour after that is billed at $125. I need a way to make this automatic so I don't have to go in every time and adjust my time, or have a truck roll fee. Customer don't always want to see a truck roll fee. That can cause issues. 3. I've noted a few times that when we record time to the service call, it doesn't always roll up into the hours recorded for the call. So we have to manually add them to the billed hours. 4. Maybe the largest issue. We have customers that want a service contract, but they want to buy in "not to exceed" dollar amounts or "bulk hours" that are only billed after a service call is performed. This is not an option in the current service contract. So we have to make separate notes in each contract like that for "only bill after work is completed." which in turn messes with the payment options and frequency of billing. Having an option for "bill on completed work" or something similar would make like a lot easier for us as far as automating this part of the process. This is a very helpful module, just needs a little work.

We need to be able to track time spent on estimations. This needs to transfer over to project once it is won. Also this would see how much hours was lost if opportunites are lost.
