No Job Location in Schedule
When a technician opens up their schedule for a project, there is no place for them to see the address of the project unless they click on the project name and then "..." to go into "Project Information". This info is available under an individual assigned task. Would be nice to be able to have the same location shortcut for google maps underneath the project name in the schedule. SEE PICTURES.
Email template per users
We need to ba able to set default email template per user instead of per account.
Be able to view attachments like PDFs, word/excel docs without having to download them each time.
Create Standalone Project (No Opportunity)
Would like to be able to create a service project without having to create an opportunity and "win" it first.
Assign Tasks to Item
Would be nice to be able to assign tasks to specific items that can be auto added to project tasks when the project is created
Task Equipment List
Be able to print the equipment or item list that is associated with a task so that we can include with materials that have been pulled for the technician.
Ability to 'Back date" service calls
I like being able to push the service call to QB but have had times that a client calls and we are on the road and just take care of the call before adding it to D-Tools. For our tracking and billing we would like to be able to place the call in D-tools with the appropriate date in case there are questions from the client.
