Ability to schedule multiple dates for service calls

Ex: I have a client who needs a service call and this particular call needs 2 days of work, but we need to go one day this week and one day next week. If I want both dates to be attached to this service call entry I need to wait until the first day has been completed before I can schedule for the next date.

Can we also have it where we can pick the times/hours they are working instead of it being dedicated blocks of 1 hour time intervals? Sometimes we want to start the call at like 9:30 or 9:45 and only have it for half an hour.

We do this a lot, schedule 2 days for service calls. Most of the time it wil be back to back days. Would love to be able to schedule technician(s) right away for the 2 days so they see it in their calendar.
