Change Order - increase quantity (qty) without having to remove and re-add product

Instead of deleting the product with qty X and re-adding with Qty Y, I would like to just change the quantity from X to Y and have that reflect in the change order.

Yes! Deleting the product changes everything including order status. We should be able to reduce or increase the quantity then flag increased qty for new order in the PO section.
