I don't like that I need to click through 4 different dashboards to see if I have a task assigned to myself.
My dashboard should be customizable, and I should be able to drag and drop the modules that I think are important for me.
I don't know why my dashboard doesn't default to showing me all of my tasks and todos...

Customization of the dashboard is definitely needed. When folks have to actively hunt down action items or tasks, the tool is broken.
