would love options for account numbers and system types in accounts

This is an old thread but seems to have legs. So I'll add my comments. D-Tools is great and has plenty of custom field options available. But we need to correct a few of these in the Opportunity arena to really make this work better. For instance, Building Type and Project Type; why can't these be custom? Market sector is a custom field that I set up. So is Fulfillment location and referred by. Why can't Building Type and project type. Why are we pigeon holed into using these "off the shelf" items? It really should not be a major lift or upgrade to push this type of update.

Can we get the ability to modify and use a custom Customer Type that will push into QBD when Cloud creates the estimate?

I build the proposals for my company, but I do not place the orders. In order to clarify EXACT product for my purchasing agent, I would love an "Internal Notes" section where I can post the URL for the exact product -- such as https://www.allnetdistributing.com/ProductList/ProductSKU/ProductID/78350. However I do not want this information visible by the clients.
