For the sake of my eyes and the sheer amount of blank white space, dark mode would make it much easier to use for long periods of time.

Hey Matthew Gorman and Jeff Hanley. Jeff, sorry I missed your message from May on this - I'm not sure I saw the notification about it.
I can confirm that we are actively working on dark mode, but I don't have a definitive timeline for it or an expected release. At this time and for the next foreseeable releases, we're focused on introducing and improving features that can help integrators cut costs and generate more revenue, or at least work more quickly within Cloud.
As a dark mode user myself, I realize how much easier software can be to use when in that setting. And since I also sit in Cloud every day, I want this just as much as you guys do. I will see what I can do about having this pushed up on our priorities list.
