It would be nice to have a more comprehensive calendar view. The current setup appears departmental like service/installation. Being able to see projects on the service calendar is a start, but a dashboard or dispatch view would be incredibly useful.

How about one calendar for all scheduled appointments. SC/projects/customer meetings/job site visits etc.

Yes! Technicians are schedule for both projects and service calls. It would be nice to have a calendar to not only view both SCs and projects scheduled but also be able to schedule them both on same calendar.

Deanne Spahr: Hi everyone, this project is currently in progress and will be released shortly - not next week's August release, though :( But this feature is coming along with seeing To Dos on a calendar and scheduling recurring events.
