Don't Jump to Top in RTE on Paste

Currently, while in the rich text editor writing a Project Description, when I paste a piece of text into description, the RTE jumps back to the top of the body and I have to scroll back down to where I was. When you paste into the RTE, it should maintain your position within the document so you don't have to manually seek back to your position after every CTRL+V.

Actually, it looks like if I'm lower in the text and I paste, it jumps me to the top and I lose my place. But if I'm higher in the text and I paste, it sends me to the bottom. So either way, it jumps to the opposite of where you want the view to be on paste.
