For weeks, if not months now. the user experience with D-Tools Cloud has been really bad. Page loading is very slow and unreliable. The unreliability of it makes it dangerous as sometime when a page load, not everything that should be in the page is displayed which has prompted me in the past to add what I tought was missing to only realise later that I now had it twice. I sometime have to refresh the page 2 or 3 time for everything to appear. I can guarantee it's not an internet speed or PC performance problem. This is unsustainable as it may lead to costly mistakes.
I vote for an large upgrade in software performance. Where at the point where it's not a "nice-to-have" anymore it's greatly needed.

For the price - this software is lacking. It should be less than $25/user/month to start USD for the capacity and functionality

Sometimes the webpage will randomly refresh and I’ll lose data while writing the Scope of Work. It’s rare, but it has burned me a couple of times to the point where I save every minute or so. Sometimes I lose my train of thought, but that’s better than losing what I’ve written.

I have seen from time to time as well. I feel like features are a higher priority these days than usability and performance.

I reported this as a bug and sent a video to the support team about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back from them
