Would also be nice to have the ability to link to documents and or how to videos for the client in the portal. I.e. customer is a Control4 customer so we check a box to include documents and app training that pertains to that customer. I'm happy to gather the documents and tutorials, would just be nice to have an easy place to access those items and FAQ etc.

I have some ideas that I shared with our D-tools rep if anyone else from d-tools is interested. It's quite simple in concept. A portal where customer can raise tickets based on assets. Similar to FreshService. The key difference here would be d-tools' ability to tie those assets back to a map and the rest of the d-tools platform.
