MAKE TAXES A REQUIRED FIELD WHEN CREATING AN OPPORTUNITY

In D-tools Cloud it has proven to be difficult for all of my team members to remember to change the sales tax for the each opportunity based on the project location. I've found multiple times now that this has been sent to customers with the default sales tax.
PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER TO FIND as well as make it a REQUIRES field when creating an opportunity. Thank you.

Ryan Schmidt: Please also make it possible to hide individual sales taxes that are not used by themselves! This list is so convoluted because we have to create individual taxes before tax groups, but there's no way to hide the individual taxes. It was suggested to me by tech support that I could delete the individual taxes without affecting the groups, which turned out not to be true. Now I have to recreate all of the individual taxes I just deleted and fix the groups.

I 100% Agree,
When we type in the city, couldn't it auto populate with the county as well? This information should be in the data base somewhere and should match our designated tax rates we already created for this county.
We have 9 different tax rates in the Bay Area of CA and making sure these all match when we are pushing to QB has proven to be a tax task that we keep messing up. Is there a way this could be automated a bit more?
