Move Opportunity to Presenting stage once quote is marked as Presented

I've got a lot of confusion with our sales staff over the Opportunity vs Quote. I tell them to mark both as presented but they'll only either move the opportunity or mark the quote as presented, thinking they're done. I've tried multiple times to explain the difference but I understand their confusion. Is there a way we can streamline this process so you don't have to do two steps every time you present.

I agree with this. It sounds like Robi's team may be sending quotes manually, but even so, when I send a proposal through the "Send Proposal" function, why do I have to then move it to presented? It's obviously presented. Should move over automatically.
