Remove the scrolling on each room, just make a list. Should be an easy way at the top to click of a column, like "SUPPLIER" and organize the items by supplier.

I said the same thing. Building a BOM from this is horrible. Manually calculating cable totals and what products belongs to what supplier is time consuming for sure.
