I know there is a "note" section, but it would be helpful for an archival type notes tracker for clients/contacts. We have a few clients where it's helpful to drop key notes/docs/photos for that client that may not be just pertaining to a project or service call.

Yes! In our company we document a bunch of different details when we set up system such as gate/door codes, IP addresses, switch ports, login details, and on and on. It would be extremely valuable for assigned techs to a project pertaining to this customer to be able to not only pull up, but make edits to the information in this notes section. Tracking changes would be a huge plus.
