One bug if you will that I discovered in the service side is that Site Notes you add under the Accounts section do not show up on schedule service appts. There is a separate "Site Notes" for the individual service call but it's blank unless you add to it there and then it does not show up under the client account.

Yes! In our company we document a bunch of different details when we set up system such as gate/door codes, IP addresses, switch ports, login details, and on and on. It would be extremely valuable for assigned techs to a project pertaining to this customer to be able to not only pull up, but make edits to the information in this notes section. Tracking changes would be a huge plus.
