Paper Trail for Sent Emails

I'd love to see a paper trail on emails I send from D-Tools. I have no way to see what was said in emails sent from D-Tools when sending proposals.

A proposal history tab with a record of date/time sent, to whom, a saved copy of the sent version of the proposal as well as history of when they opened the link would be perfect!

That would be great. For now the only way I found is to CC myself in each email sent and and manage through Outlook with "Sent proposals" "Viewed proposals" and such. Not ideal in 2025
