Be able to set % on per category, ie 2% on video products, 1% on labor, etc...and calculate bonus ie sales person hits $100,000 they get a 3% bonus

The ability to assign an item as a commission (commission fee, design fee, etc.) to be tracked as commission would be helpful as well. We add our commission as a system design fee into our project overhead so that it is included in cost instead of margin. Also, having a way to report our commission after winning a project would be helpful--maybe an automatic email to our financial person so they know to pay out commission in the next pay period.

Multiple levels of sales commission, i.e. Sales manager gets a % override, and sales person gets a % etc.
