Service call without scheduling

It would be great to create a service call without having to assign a date to it. We have a service manager who handles all incoming service call scheduling. If a team member could just submit the service call for him to monitor and then allow him the ability to assign resources or schedule it, that would be great!

This would be really helpful. One of the reasons why we haven't switched over from our current project managament tool to D-Tools yet.
