Been using cloud from almost the beginning and I am still trying to figure out how to make it help with Project Management and day to day operations. I tried a service call the other day and checked in and out, and left notes. I was just told there is no way of tracking the time with a stamp, only the total time onsite. So if I want to enter the times on my invoice I can't, and I am being told this was never requested for. If d-tools wants to say they handle service then here is what we need. Service calls can be clocked in and out of and should have time stamps. Also, once a Service Call is completed and archived, the notes still need to be available for the techs on future calls. Instead, we have to use d-tools. QuickBooks, OneNote, Excel, and Outlook. Come on already!
