We're really enjoying the service module and how it's helping us to see what we're doing in our service world. However, there are a few issues. 1. We can't customize anything in it. Stages, types, nothing. Can you please make the service call phases editable like the project side? 2. Is there a way we can set up custom billing. Lets say the first hour of a service call is billed at $225/hr, and then every hour after that is billed at $125. I need a way to make this automatic so I don't have to go in every time and adjust my time, or have a truck roll fee. Customer don't always want to see a truck roll fee. That can cause issues. 3. I've noted a few times that when we record time to the service call, it doesn't always roll up into the hours recorded for the call. So we have to manually add them to the billed hours. 4. Maybe the largest issue. We have customers that want a service contract, but they want to buy in "not to exceed" dollar amounts or "bulk hours" that are only billed after a service call is performed. This is not an option in the current service contract. So we have to make separate notes in each contract like that for "only bill after work is completed." which in turn messes with the payment options and frequency of billing. Having an option for "bill on completed work" or something similar would make like a lot easier for us as far as automating this part of the process.
This is a very helpful module, just needs a little work.
