There needs to be a way to add a service plan to a client without going to the Opportunity/Proposal/Won steps. We have about a 110 clients with pre-existing service plans and all I want to do to attach the plan to them in D-Tools.

100%. We have the same issue and its impossibly inconvenient. Takes 3x as long to create a simple service call when having to slow down for these steps each time.
