Gmail Contact Integration

I see where I can import a CSV or Excel sheet for contacts. But I want to have a way there to just give it my Google address book credentials. Then I'd like for the integration to be both ways and instant. So I add a contact in google and it populates here. I add one here, it populates there. I modify one here, it modifies there. Etc... Thanks

I would like to see the contact integration go beyond a single user credentials and integrate with Google Workspace to utilize the company address book and not an individual user address book.
