When can we expect the app for mobile users and a significant improvement for field service management? The portal for field users is utter rubbish and barely workable. Techs hate using the app, can't find project information quickly, doesn't scale well, can't schedule resources based on map view, can't open the job or service info when clicking on the event details in schedule, Just the name of the job comes through under today's schedule which means nothing to the tech without prior knowledge of the job or client information, can't see address or client info in event details. We have been using D-Tools for 12months across both our companies and we're at the point that we need to move to an alternative system if this is not addressed promptly.
