As part of today's app update, service technicians can now clock in and out of their time on the field for each service call (similar to clocking in and out for a project task). The Manage Service Call page allows office users to view and manage the time spent by each resource on service calls. Additionally, office users can view, manage, and export service call time entries on the global manage time entries page.
