As a small company sometimes I get a last minute service call and I don't have the time to add it to the calendar that day. It would be nice to be able to add service calls to previous days.
I 100% agree Isaiah, service requests are unpredictable. D-Tools has to accomdate all aspects of service to work alongside the Projects.. not as a separate entity.
