When creating a PO in D-Tools the number doesn't match what QB creates so we have to manually update the PO number in D-Tools to match QB

Even if the PO in D-Tools showed a reference to the QB PO#. I think it would also help if we could modify the PO prefix, so we can add an abbreviation to know it came from D-Tools not quickbooks etc

Does buying the QB integration module solve this? We are doing the same thing now. I create a PO in DTools, print as pdf, then email to our purchasing person who created the PO again…

Tim Mazur: No, it does not solve this issue as we have the QB Online integration and this is a problem for us too. Dtools SI has an option for the PO numbers to match when it is pushed to QB but not Dtools Cloud. Maybe they should provide, at the very least, the same features as Dtools SI as a baseline and build from there?
